Room Was dirty. Drawers missing in bathroom. Woke up on the second day and had bite's on my head from some kind of bug.... Still recovering... Don't understand how it ranks as a 3 star?

I stayed here Nov 7 - 9 '08 for a family reunion. Overall I was/am satisfied with the whole experience with this hotel. Upon checkin, the front desk clerk was very curtious and helpful. Great attitude and genuine manners. When I gave my name she immediately told said that she recognized my name and was expecting me. Fast and efficient, checkin only took a min or two really. The room was very clean and nice. Lots of room in it, furniture was not cluttered. The only complaint I had about it was the T.V. reception was not good. Snow on some of the channels as not all of them came in clearly. Check out was even faster than check in. I had called a cab for a pickup to the airport (hotel does not have a shuttle). The front desk clerk noticed from inside that I was waiting a bit long for it to show, so she came out to ask if she could call for them again. I thanked her and said no. The cab showed up about a min later. The hotel is very close to the airport and highways. Downtown is a 10 min easy ride. Based on my experience, I'd stay here again. I hope this helps, take care.

I stayed here Nov 7 - 9 '08 for a family reunion. Overall I was/am satisfied with the whole experience with this hotel. Upon checkin, the front desk clerk was very curtious and helpful. We stayed here for only one night. The staff was courteous upon check-in and helpful. The first room we checked in to was suppose to be non-smoking, but reeked of smoke and the bathroom was unclean. However, we were relocated to a much cleaner room on the second floor. Nothing fancy, but works for the money.
